Breyerfest Pickups
2026 Breyerfest Pickups!
I will be offering Breyerfest model pickups for the 2026 event! Read on for the Rules and requirements for me to pickup your models.
The Price of the models cover:
- Ticket
- Model Cost
- Taxes
- Pickup Fee
I will be purchasing the tickets so you do not need to purchase. I will do pickups for those who cannot make it and who already have tickets. Please see that section below.
Rules and Requirements
- I will open all Special Runs (Just to make sure they have no major breaks or flaws) on video and will send you pictures of the model. Only Model I will not open (Unless you, the buyer, give me permission) is the Surprise. Just like above, I will record the opening and take pictures to send to you.
- If you do not want me to open your models, please contact me! I will make sure to not open them if requested.
- Breyer loves doing Variations with their SR's so in the case there is a variation, please reach out (or I will reach out to you) indicating which variation you would like. I will also facilitate any trades for the correct variation as needed.
Shipping
- Shipping will take place in the couple weeks after Breyerfest.
- I will send updates as soon as I can with shipping info.
- Bracelets are the only item that I will hand deliver at Breyerfest. They can also be shipped in advance.
Cancelling/Refund
No cancellations! Refunds only provided if I cannot secure the model for you.

Can you do a pickup for me even if I already have a ticket?
YES!
I will always offer pickups if you have a ticket. You will need to fill out the form below and I will be in contact with you!
I will need the QR code that comes with your ticket so I can pick up your models. There will be a flat fee of $20 for my pickup fee that will be invoiced to you prior to Breyerfest. All models MUST BE paid for in advance (With the exception to the VIP ticket, where the models are already paid for). That will all be included in the invoice.
